A world where premium vision care is within everyone's reach.
Clear, comfortable, well-made vision shouldn't be a luxury reserved for the few. SPINEL exists to bring international-standard lens engineering and eyewear to every wearer who walks into an optician — from a child's first myopia-control fitting to the progressive lenses that carry someone through their working life.

Engineer every lens properly, and hold nothing essential back.
We build each lens design complete — coatings, protection and finish included as standard, never as an upsell. We partner with trained practitioners so every pair is measured, fitted and verified by hand, and we stand behind what we sell.
Who we are
SPINEL is the retail face of a company that lives in optics.
SPINEL is a premium eyewear brand operated under Eye Equip, an optical distribution house based in Sri Lanka and part of an optical business serving the industry since 1990 — more than three decades of lenses, frames and fittings. Where Eye Equip serves the trade, SPINEL serves the wearer.
Nothing we sell is handed over a counter in a box. Every SPINEL pair passes through a trained practitioner who measures, fits and verifies it — because a well-engineered lens fitted badly is a badly engineered lens.

MyoCare · for parents
Their eyes are still growing.
MyoCare works with that.
Ordinary glasses correct a child's blurry vision but do nothing about the eye growth driving it. MyoCare is different: a defocus lens that corrects vision clearly through its centre while its treatment zones signal the eye to slow its elongation.
