Verify your SPINEL

Enter the number from your warranty card, job sticker, invoice or product label.

  1. Find your numberOn the warranty card (SPW-…), the job sticker (SPJ-…), your invoice (SP-R-… / SP-W-…), or the serial label on the product or box (SPU-…).
  2. Type it in and tap VerifyUpper or lower case, with or without the dash — we’ll match it against the SPINEL register.
  3. Read the resultGreen = genuine, with purchase date and warranty status. Red = not found: check the number, then contact us — it may not be a SPINEL product.
  4. Register it (optional)Save your details against the code so warranty claims and repairs are faster later.
How this works

Every SPINEL product carries a unique, signed code. Scanning it asks the SPINEL register directly — codes can’t be guessed or copied from one product to another, and we count every check.

Bought from a stockist?

Keep your warranty card and invoice. Your warranty number (SPW-…) also works here, and registering it makes future claims faster.
